Incidental Meckel’s Diverticulum in Umbilical Hernia

The presence of a Meckel's diverticulum in the hernial sac is called Littre's hernia. It rare complication diverticulum. We present 56-year-old male patient who complained swelling umbilical region. After clinical examination and imaging studies, we diagnosed with partially reducible underwent exploration was found to have omentum, diverticulum, part ileum within sac. segmental resection bowel, primary repair defect, onlay meshplasty. Postoperatively, did not develop any complications.
